How to take Vital-18

For Weight Loss:  

All servings replace regular meals

Breakfast  =  1st Serving
Mid-morning snack  =  2nd Serving

  • 4 TBS Vital-18 Berry flavor
  • 2 TBS low-fat peanut butter
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies

Mix all together and roll into little balls - 2 balls per serving.

Great for your afternoon snack!

  • 1/2 cup frozen low-fat yogurt or ice milk

Drizzle Vital-18 over your favorite frozen dessert
